Returns & exchanges
Custom orders & commissions
Because each commissioned piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Ready-to-ship pieces
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. An additional ₹200 shipping charge applies to each return or exchange.
Damaged or defective pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please email danireena102@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 99099 77706 within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right with a replacement, a repair, or a full refund.

Sizing & colour
- Please review the measurements in the product description before ordering.
- Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings. If you are unsure, message us for more photos.
- Every handmade piece varies slightly from the photos. That is the nature of handmade, not a flaw, and is not a reason for return.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production or dispatch begins. To cancel, email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible.
Care
To keep your House of Reena piece looking its best:
- Hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent, no bleach.
- Lay flat to dry and reshape while damp. Never tumble-dry.
- Store folded, away from direct sunlight.
