Processing time

Every piece at House of Reena is made by hand by Reena in Surat.

• Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 5-7 business days of order confirmation.
• Made-to-order pieces: please allow 1–3 weeks for your piece to be made before it ships.
• Custom orders: timelines are agreed with you when the order is confirmed.

Shipping within India

• We ship across India from Surat, Gujarat, through trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (₹) before you pay.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. For orders outside India, please email us for a quote.
