This website, houseofreena.com, is operated by House of Reena, a handmade crochet business run by Reena Dani from Surat, Gujarat, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
• Payment is collected at the time of order through our secure payment partners, or on delivery where Cash on Delivery is offered.

Handmade variation

Every piece is made individually by hand. Slight variation in colour, stitch and size from the photos is the nature of handmade and is not a defect. If a piece is defective or not as described, our Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual property

All photos, text, designs and patterns on this site belong to House of Reena / Reena Dani. Please do not copy them. You are welcome to share our photos on social media with credit to @houseofreena_.

Limitation of liability

House of Reena is not liable for damage arising from misuse of products (for example, machine-washing an item labelled hand-wash only). Our maximum liability for any order is the amount paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be resolved in good faith, and otherwise falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
